Snap-on suction device

       

There are many kinds of car snaps. When assembling with automatic equipment, it is difficult to find a universal suction device to grasp.

The external diameter of 1-snap buckle varies from 5mm to 20mm, and the suction area is small and not uniform.

2-Buckle screw will have depressions, snap nut with holes, difficult to absorb with vacuum

3 - Some bayonet nuts will have notches and will tilt when grabbing

4-Snap surface is smooth and easy to slip at high speed

In order to achieve the grabbing effect, the customer has repeatedly tested the following suction devices:

1-Vacuum suction cup, leak

2-Bernoulli suction cup, bayonet slips easily

3-Sponge suction cup, inaccurate positioning

4-Electric clamping jaws, slow speed
